I have always said that fitness is a long-term game. Results don’t come in 2-3 days as most people would want.

And I’ve actually received messages from people asking how to get in shape in one day! Or even a few hours!

The reality is that it takes time for you to see results in the mirror. If you exercise regularly everyday then you may expect to start seeing changes in your body in 3-4 weeks, depending on your metabolism.

That’s the truth. And today’s home workout challenge comes to reinforce that. If you want to get fit and get in shape then you need at least 30-days of daily workout.

So start doing the workout religiously everyday and you will see good changes in the mirror!
