If you want to improve your sleep quality, you need to start giving yourself some self-love and exercise on a daily basis. In today’s workout video, I am going to show you a few routines that you can do every night for about 29 mins to help you burn calories in the night and give you a more sound and restful sleep.

Do this workout every night. As you know, being physically active requires you to exert energy thus helping you to feel more tired and ready to rest at the end of the day. Don’t worry, the exercises I have included in this video are easy and just enough to make you feel tired, not over-tired, so your senses begin to wind down as you also get ready for bed.
