Welcome to Day 5 – the last workout on our 5-day weight loss series!

Because HIIT has the highest potential of torching the maximum amount of calories in a minimum amount of time, it’s the perfect workout to end our fat burn series!

Today’s HIIT workout is an intense 30-minute workout that you can do not just today but even after this week! Just be sure to be physically ready, perform warm-ups prior to exercising and have a bottle of water or energy drink handy so you can get some energy boost during rest times.

You can start the workout today and do it for the next few weeks and see the results. You can start seeing them in the next 4 weeks if you’re really doing it regularly!
