We’re now on our 3rd day of our weight loss challenge — today is all about upper body fat burn!

Today’s challenge will help you burn as much amount of upper body fat that you can, helping you burn fat and tone the muscles in your chest, shoulders, and arm muscles! This is an intensive workout that will help you achieve fat loss results in your upper body and some parts of your core and lower body as well. This will help burn the fat and then eventually shape your muscles to give you that well-toned and shapely upper body.
