Daily Cool Down Routine – Slow Workout, for Nighttime

Exercising before you sleep will not only make you look and feel better during the day, but it will actually help you sleep better at night, too! 

In today’s workout video, I am going to show you some easy routines that you can do every night before you sleep to help give you a more sound and restful sleep.

You can do this workout every night. As you know, being physically active requires you to exert energy thus helping you to feel more tired and ready to rest at the end of the day. Don’t worry, the exercises I have included in this video are just enough to make you feel tired, not over-tired, so your senses begin to wind down as you also get ready for bed.
