Getting out of bed is half the battle. This workout makes the other half a bit easier. Just 15 minutes to wake up your body, get a little sweat in, and feel a bit more human before you start your day.

We’re talking easy moves like Calf Raises, Bird Dogs, and maybe some Side Lunges to loosen up your hips. Nothing too crazy, just enough to get your blood going and your energy up.
