Many people have busy schedules and they can’t afford to exercise twice a day, or work out in the morning.

They only have free time in the evening to exercise but they do want to burn fat and burn calories and lose weight.

And I feel for those people. If you’re one of them please know that I understand you. I know what’s it like to be busy and not have time to exercise properly.

That’s why today’s workout is custom built for those busy souls that can only afford 15 minutes in the evening to exercise and work out to lose weight.
