Many people are looking to lose weight and burn extra fat and calories…

But can’t seem to find a suitable workout routine for them. Either because all workouts available on Youtube are either too difficult or require weights or a gym.

Well I’m here to bring you a quick and easy Weight Loss workout for Beginners.

All exercises are body weight and therefore can be done easily at home. This workout routine is suitable for you if you have never worked out before, or if you want a true beginner workout, with easy exercises and lots of time to rest between exercises.

This is Level 1 by the way, meaning that a Level 2 might be coming in the future 🙂
