I realized there was no good Abs Crunches challenge out there so I created one.
Do this workout to test your limits and see how many Crunches you are able to do! The video features four different type of crunches, with 240 crunches in total!
It’s a good routine to work your abs muscles and get that well-known “Ripped Six Pack” effect. That is, if you complete the entire training till the end!
