A full-body workout is necessary if you want to burn overall body fat and also to stay healthy and fit. It’s necessary to improve your heart’s function, your body’s metabolism, your muscles’ strength, and your overall endurance. It also helps with your mental and emotional improvement because exercise require a whole lot of discipline and personal motivation.
With today’s exercise, I’ll be showing you some exercise routines that are necessary to lose overall weight and work all your muscles from your head to your feet. These will help target even the fat beneath layers and layers of body fat! This workout routine will yield results in 30 days so make sure that you complete the challenge!
They’re all body-weight and don’t require a gym or special equipment – just some space for you to move. The exercises are in no particular order, but they’re all stacked up as an effective 20-min workout routine.
Remember that you burn fat by exercising everyday, and paying attention to what you eat (no sugar and no grains). So do this workout everyday and expect to see results by the end of the challenge!
