Tried this 30 minute workout today and it’s actually pretty nice if you just want to move without thinking too much. It’s all simple stuff for arms, legs, and core, nothing confusing. Whole body stays busy the entire time and you don’t need anything, just some space at home.

I didn’t rush it, just went with my own pace and kept going. Kinda felt better just finishing it instead of worrying about doing it perfect. If you keep coming back to this, it adds up. Good luck and have fun! ❤️💪
