It’s true that the most common, and probably the easiest, way to burn arm fat is by doing exercises that involve gym equipment like barbells and dumbbells, but doing body-weight exercises are also an effective and efficient way to reach your goal. And although there’s no heavy-lifting required, the weight of your body performing fat-burning exercises are more than enough to make your muscles work.
In today’s video workout, we’ll be engaging a majority of your upper body to make sure that even though you won’t be using any equipment, you will still be able to target important areas and key muscle groups. And also, although you won’t really actually feel the burn fully concentrated on your arms, you’ll still be working them by performing the routines I’ve included in this video. And yes, you will see and feel the proof in a few days.
The exercises in this video will focus on your arm muscles–your biceps and triceps, and will also work your shoulders, engage your core, and challenge your back muscles, too. All beautifully orchestrated to lose the fat in your arms and then some!
