This workout is for anyone who just does not feel like getting on the floor today. Everything is standing, which honestly makes it easier to start, especially at home. You can still move, still sweat a bit, and still feel like your body did something. It is also easier on the knees, which matters more than people admit. No equipment, no setup, just pressing play and moving around a little in your space.
Some days you will feel okay doing it, some days you will feel slow and awkward, and that is fine. The point is not how it looks. It is that you showed up. Staying active at home does not need to be a big dramatic thing. Just move and let it be enough. Good luck and have fun! ❤️💪
