I’m so excited to show you today’s workout video! Today we’re giving you a full-body fat-burning workout that’s so easy, it’s perfect for beginners who want to lose some serious weight!

This is a 20-minute workout session–you can do this everyday if your body can take it, but if not, 3-4 times a week will do. But again, the key to the success of this workout is your discipline!

Feel the burn as we move from routine to routine. They’re not difficult to do but I must warn you, don’t underestimate its potential to make you sweat and catch your breath! With its body-weight moves combined with cardio routines such as the Forward Jump and the Jumping Jacks, you’re sure to be needing those 30-second rest times!
