If our current situation has been causing you sleepless nights, working out before you sleep is the best way to close the day!

Today’s workout routine is a workout I recommend you to do every nightto help you combat insomnia and give you a more sound and peaceful sleep. It’s perfect to be done every night preferably 2 hours before bedtime so you won’t disrupt your normal sleep pattern while you squeeze in a good workout session before you sleep.
