It’s a known thing that people that have frequent lower back pain usually have weak lower back muscles.
These weak muscles are not able to hold and sustain the weight of your upper body over a long period of time, and this causes them to get tense, stressed and rigid.
As a result it appears as if your simply cannot relax your back muscles and they’re just in a constant pain and stress.
