These routines are a bit challenging but beginners are welcome to try. Just remember that if your body is not used to exercising or doing activities that require a lot of muscle movement, you may feel some muscle pain in your stomach area. That’s normal, but if the pain persists, just take it easy and stop if you need to. Take a break and resume once your body is ready.
