These exercises are pretty easy and I’m sure our beginner followers out there can do these routines, too! They’re all focused on your lower body especially your legs, thighs, and glutes and really work them to trim the fat and give you shapely, longer legs.
You can do this workout 3-4x a week and do your regular workouts in between. Also, please know that if at any point you find this video training too difficult and unbearable then you can always hit the pause button and rest some more, to recover.
