Almost everyday since we started, we’ve been receiving a lot of requests on our channel for videos on how to reduce post-pregnancy belly fat. That is why I made this video–I’m pretty sure that a lot of you will benefit from this exercise!

These are all core-focused and will guarantee to target the fat in your stomach including your belly pooch. Plus, it’s not only meant to burn your stomach fat, it will also work to strengthen your stomach muscles as you go along the workout. There are strength and cardio exercises included in this workout like the Leg Kicks and the Knee Tuck Crunch and it sure is going to give you a good burn but these are really effective for making you reach your goal. Most of the exercises here you can do while sitting down or on your back but hey, this doesn’t mean they’re not challenging!

Now remember, you may need to consult with your physician before you start this exercise especially if you’ve delivered via C-section. Losing belly fat isn’t more important than your post-pregnancy surgery wound!
