9 Simple Exercises To Increase Energy, Strength and Resistance

Today  I want to show you guys a new video on weight loss that will also help improve your muscles’ strength and endurance. These are exercises that work all our body’s major muscle groups from the upper to the lower body and consists of high-intensity exercises that are meant to really burn a lot of calories and fat as you go along.

Most of the routines in this video are cardio exercises which are meant to increase your heart rate to its maximum level which of course in turn burns a lot of energy and fat. By following along today’s workout, you’ll be doing a high-intensity training that involves a lot of jumping and hopping and moving around–much like what you’re going to do at a fitness center but at your own convenience! These are the most effective workout routines that will  make you burn fat and lose weight at home. All the exercises are body-weight, meaning no equipment is needed for you to do this!

This is a 9-min workout video that you can do on a daily basis. However, if you’re a beginner, I suggest that you try it out first. If  at any point you feel that you can no longer continue because of the intensity of the training, listen to your body and take a break. Try out some easier workouts and prepare your body and yourself for high-intensity exercises such as this one. That way, your body won’t be too stressed out doing the exercises!
