This short and effective workout requires no gym or special equipment, and can be done at home.
The training first starts with simple Butt exercises, with corresponding rest time between them. Don’t forget to drink water during the break periods.
In the second half of workout we switch to Abs and “Six Pack” exercises. We’ll hit the abdominal muscles as well as the obliques. Together this routine serves as a great training to do in order to get in shape and “sculpt” your body to look lean and sexy.
