8 Best Exercises To Do During Fasting

Exercising and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is already difficult as it is. But imagine having to do it while running on an empty stomach!

When you’re fasting, your input of food and drinks are limited to only a few hours everyday making you physically weak, and yes, sometimes a bit emotional, too!

So what can you do to improve this? How can you stay healthy when you’re fasting for roughly around 18 hours everyday?

The things you have to do are actually very simple but may be challenging–you have to eat and drink the right kind of food and beverage during the hours that you’re not fasting and do light exercises to keep your muscles strong.

Which is why today I have compiled a video of easy-to-do, at-home exercises for you so you can exercise effectively while fasting! These are all easy, body-weight exercises that you can easily do that won’t hurt you or make you physically unwell.
