3. Super Mans
4. Mountain Climber
5. Squat
6. Bird Dog
7. Knee Tuck Crunches
These are relatively easy-to-do exercises at home and together they will give you a good calorie burn effect, because they are intensive on your muscles and some of them are also cardio moves!
