These are the exercises in today’s workout video that can help burn neck hump and back fat! Because fat deposits settle in different areas in our bodies, it’s not a surprise that even our necks get the fat, too. When it has settled in common areas like the stomach, thighs, arms, legs, or the face, fat deposits will continue to find a place to lie in and that’s when we start seeing them in unusual places like the back of our neck for example.
But there are exercises that we can do, like the ones I have compiled above, to burn upper body fat. When you do these routines on a daily basis, not only will you target the hump of fat in your neck, but you’ll also be able to burn overall body fat! In addition, your metabolism will also improve, your heart rate will be much better, and your body will regularly burn calories that you take in.
