Often times, when we think about losing weight and being skinny, somehow the first idea that comes to our minds is about getting a well-toned tummy. Why not? Don’t we all want to be able to pull-off a  pair of body-hugging jeans and a tight top combo without having a muffin top to ruin your whole get-up? Don’t we all want to flash flat abs when we sport our swimsuits? And it’s not only physically appealing, it’s healthy too!

Today’s workout video is centered in your core and lower body. The exercises in this video, although it is more core-focused, will torch not only the fat in your midsection but it will also blast the fat off your entire body–your chest, shoulders, triceps, quads, and back–thus resulting in a more sculpted, chiseled tummy area!

There’s really not a fast and easy way to get rid of stubborn belly fat. There’s no shortcut. It’s hard work.
