Okay, so this one’s a mix of cardio and strength and it’s got one big thing going for it, no repeats. Just 30 minutes of something new every time you look at the screen. That alone makes it fly by faster.
There’s lunges, side crunches, some solid lower body burners, and a few moves that sneak in core work too. But it never feels too much at once, just one move, rest, and move again.
You’re gonna sweat, but it’s the kind that feels good after. Just press play and try to keep up. If you need breaks, take ‘em. You’re still moving forward. Good luck and have fun!
