30 Day Squat Challenge

It’s not a secret that Squat is one of the most effective and powerful exercise you can do for your lower body.

It works your glutes muscles (your Butt) and makes them rounder, leaner, more defined and generally more attractive.

It also works your Leg muscles (quadriceps, calves, thighs) and improves their form and strength.

Additionally Squats are great for lower-body fat loss. If you have extra fat on your legs or butt then if you do squats regularly (i.e. Everyday!) then it will also help get those body areas skinnier.

With all these benefits in mind I created the 30-Day Squats challenge which contains 2 types of squats. The routine should be done EVERYDAY for 30 days if you want to see results!
