The abdominal exercises will help you get a flat belly and burn calories. The squats (and squats variations) will help you get a lean, toned lower body and reduce body fat in general.

Yes this is an excellent “combo” workout for you to do everyday if you want to look good in the new year!

This is a 30-day challenge which means you need to get down to the floor and exercise EVERYDAY of the week if you want to see good results!
