Welcome to year 2020!! As we turn a new leaf together, I’m giving you a cardio workout that will activate all the major muscle areas in your body! This video will work your lower and upper body, your arms and legs, and your abs, back, and obliques. It’s an excellent training routine to perform if you want to tone your muscles, get a leaner body, burn excessive fat, and achieve great weight-loss results!

This workout can be done by beginners but remember that you will use as much strength as you can as this is requires you to use your body-weight; it will also test your endurance and strength since the workout lasts for at least half an hour including the rest times in between.
