Exercise in 3 weeks to achieve a flat stomach and the abs you’ve always dreamed of!

In today’s workout, we’ll be focusing on your core by doing exercises that target and burn the fat in your stomach to make you abs muscles visible. But not only that, these will also make you lose overall body-weight with the cardio exercises I’ve included here that will also work other areas of your body.
