21 Day Belly + Back Fat Challenge – Problem Areas Weight Loss

Last week I posted several workout videos on how to exercise at home with simple routines in order to lose your belly fat. Today’s workout is somehow similar, except that today, we will be incorporating exercises to help you reduce back fat, too.

Today’s workout video is a combination of the best exercises to help you target body fat in the stomach and the back part or the abs and lats muscles.

This workout should be done everyday for best results. I recommend you to finish this 3-week challenge in order to see results less than a month! And since there’s no need to use any equipment, you can do this anywhere, even when you’re on vacation! Allot a specific workout time everyday so you can fully commit to this workout and for you to see amazing results with your hard work.
