2-DAY BELLY + THIGHS WORKOUT // SIMPLE EXERCISES AT HOME

Today’s workout is a continuation of yesterday’s workout challenge wherein we are doing a 2-day belly and thigh fat burn challenge. On our second day, we will continue doing routines that target the fats on your thighs and core so in order to focus the results in this area of your body.

While targeted weight loss, or spot reduction, is considered a myth, doing the exercises in this workout is extremely helpful in burning overall body fats thus resulting in weight loss results in problem areas. Once burned, you can continue doing this workout to tone your muscles to give you that overall fit body.
