If you’re short on time but still want a quick workout then this 15-minute metabolism booster routine is for you. No need for any equipment at all! not even a gym. Just a little space and your energy is enough so let’s get moving!
We’ll start with Jumping Jacks and High Knee Jacks to get your heart rate up and warm up your body. Next set are Burpee Side Taps, Side Lunge Windmills, and Skater Jumps. These will work your core, challenge your balance, and tone your legs. Next up, Lunge Jumps, Forward Jumps, and Step Jacks will keep the intensity up, working your legs and glutes while still being kind on your joints with the Step Jacks. We’ll finish with Slow Mountain Climbers, Body Rotations, and Torso Twists to stretch out, target your core, and improve your posture.
