This is meant to be done everyday in order to really see the difference by the end of the challenge. This is a 14 day workout challenge that will help you burn overall body fat and strengthen all the major muscle groups in your body. It’s a good balance between rest and exercise time and it’s designed to be done everyday for the next 14 days.
