It’s always fun to take on a new challenge. Especially when it’s in the interest of a healthy body and beautiful physique!
If you’re feeling problematic about your lower body and you want to lose the fat or tone the muscles in that area, know that there are exercises that you can do (even at home!) in order for you to achieve your body goals. There are routines you can do on a daily basis to start getting in shape and to completely eliminate the fat in your glutes and in your legs!
Today’s video workout challenges you to 2 weeks of continuous exercise without the need to use any gym equipment or visit the gym. These exercises will work your lower body–including your glutes, thighs, and legs, and even your stomach–to make sure that the underlying fat there will be burned and you’ll get a slimmer pair of legs and a well-toned behind!
Do this workout everyday for the next 2 weeks, and yes, that includes the weekends! It’s a challenging 14-minute session but if you’re willing to commit to it, I’m pretty sure you can achieve your body goals in no time! The 14-day mark may not give you a models’ body right away but I guarantee that you’ll see some serious changes done in 2 weeks!
