14-Day Lean Toned Arms, Chest, Back & Abs Workout

Are you up for a fun 14-day challenge that will surely tone your upper body? I have a exercise routine that can tone your arms, chest, back and your abs. This workout will definitely make you feel good and burn those unwanted fats away. As you know me, i do workouts that don’t need any equipment at all. All you need is your own body weight and tons of commitment to keep pushing through.

As for the workout routine, We have some moves like Downward punches, to better get those arms working! Bird dog for some balance. and the dreaded plank workout! This one will surely burn and tone your core muscles. Then we will fire up your heart with some heart pumping Push Jumps and some side planks to hit those side fats. You’ll feel the burn in no time and for surely, this will make your routine more worth while. 

Just keep showing and stay consistent with the plan! Don’t get discouraged if you won’t see immediate results. Just keep pushing and watch your diet!
