It’s every woman’s dream to have a flat tummy. It’s an achievement; a merit badge. Often we feel envious when we see a really sexy lady sporting a bikini with confidence and a hot body. Or a tight shirt without any bulge or fat showing. What a dream, right?

Losing belly fat is quite difficult. Probably one of the hardest areas in our body to lose fat from. That’s because stomach fat is stubborn and it contains mostly layer and layers of fat that you have accumulated from years of unhealthy eating and sedentary lifestyle with little to no effort of exercising. But with today’s exercise, I’m going to make you get going and moving and working out your core muscles and your lower body, and some of your upper body as well. We’re going to help lose your overall body fat while focusing on the fat in your stomach. Kind of like two birds with one stone!
