14-Day Belly and Leg Burner: CARDIO-FREE Workout Plan

If you want to have good slimming results you just need to exercise more, everyday. If you burn more calories than you actually consume or eat then you will create a caloric deficit. This caloric deficit will force your body to start burning its fat deposits that it stored on your belly, legs, butt or arms.

But for this to happen you need to exercise more everyday and you need to cut back on the amount of calories you consume daily.

Today’s workout can be done by men, too, but I’m sure most of the ladies are excited to try this one out. These exercises help burn the fat in the belly and glutes in order to tone your muscles and make you fitter!

These are the exercises that you will be doing today. They’re easy but they last for 20 mins so if you’re a beginner, this may not be recommended for you. It’s best to do this workout for 3-4x a week instead of doing it on a daily basis.
