Let’s kick off your week with a back relief workout to help ease tension and improve posture. I’ve added 13 moves that are designed to strengthen your back and boost your overall flexibility.

We’ll take you through 5 phases:  warm-up (Arm Circles, Arm Crossovers, Back Squeeze), spinal flexibility (Cat and Cow, Oblique Twist Squat), back and lower body stretches (Back Stretch, Baby Pose, Cobra), core strengthening (Leg Pulls, Leg Drops, Bird Dog), and finish with a dynamic flow (Walk Downs, Leg Kicks, Chest Fly).
