12-Minute Butt And Arms Workout

In order to have a balanced body physique and look better, we need to have a lean butt and toned, fatless arms.

Given that such workouts that combine buttocks and arms exercises are not that many, I decided to fill in the void and come up with a simple but effective exercise routine to work your lower body area as well as your upper body one.

The routine lasts only 12 minutes but it includes fat burning exercises for arms (such as Beginner Push-ups) and toning and strengthening exercises for your butt and legs (such as Donkey Kicks).

Do this workout routine everyday if you want to see good results!
