I like to stretch the limits of how, when and where people work out for weight loss.
One place that I’ve been asked about a lot of times is can you exercise in… bed!
At first, it may sound weird… but then after you think about it – of course you can! When you’re laying in bed face up there’s nothing stopping you from doing a few crunches or other fat-burning exercises.
So the conclusion is that you can burn calories and fat even in bed – in the morning after waking up or at night after going to bed.
All these exercise are suitable to be done at home and require you to lay either on your back, belly or on your knees.
