It’s funny to me when I see people performing one-hour long Abs workouts.
They hope they’ll get a six-pack sooner if they work their abdominals one hour.
But the truth is that we all have abs muscles (the six pack) but they’re just covered with fat. In today’s video workout on my fitness channel we will be spending just 10 minutes (!!) to do the most effective Abs exercises.
This routine is enough if you want to tone your Abs and give them a little definition and also burn some fat around the abdominal area.
You don’t need much to do this workout – you can do it at home. The only thing I ask of you is to be consistent and finish this training EVERYDAY. This is the only way to get results and get a good-looking Abs area.
