A new and exciting workout is here today and we’re really excited for you guys to try it out!

This is a full-body weight loss workout that will help your body burn overall body fat as you do it in the comfort of your homes, and, on your couch!! But these aren’t all sitting exercises, there are routines like the Couch Tap and Couch Climbs that you would need to do off the couch but will use it as a support–much like your very own guidance system!

Here are the 10 routines in today’s video:

  • Couch Bike
  • Couch Flutter Kicks
  • Couch Squat
  • Couch Russian Twist
  • Seated Punch Twists
  • Couch Tap
  • Couch Tricep Dips
  • Couch Climbs
  • Side Plank Rotation
  • In and Out

Some of these routines are modified versions of other exercises we already have and some are new ones that we’ve added. But all in all, this workout is a fun, must-do-must-try routine to aid in weight loss!
