This is an easy workout comprising of easy-to-do exercises that even beginners can perform. But be warned, it’s a 39-min workout so you may find this intensive and challenging at the same time. You can do this everyday but it’s best to perform this 3-4x a week. Pair this with your favorite workout to achieve the results you want to see!
